    That depends on the carto or atty I have. Right now I have a 1.5 dual coil XXL and it set right around 4.0 or 4.2 volts. hang on, let me put a meter on it. It says 4.3v but 4.2, or even 4.0 is fine at 1.5 ohm atts. I would use it at about 4.9 with a 3.0 ohm atty or carto.

    I filled mine a few times by taking the top cap off completely. I guess I got lucky and did not build up air pressure, although now that you bring it up, not sure how I avoided it. I presume when you say it can leak, its at the base between the carto and the bottom delrin piece.
