    I think the Blue Foam i.e. Rite-Size Foam/Filter Sleeves for HOT Magnum at PETCO is far better than the polyfill, just be sure to wash and rinse well before cutting to fit your carts...as for the stuff you mentioned at walmart, I have no idea.
