    A resounding yes! For example, FSUSA makes a strawberry twist, IMO at a higher voltage tastes like burnt hair with an acid backwash.     Higher voltage means higher heat and bigger vapor. VV gives you the benefit of finding the temp that works best for each flavor...and yes it can be a huge difference from one to the next.
