    You might also need to check the slot on the carto to make sure it isn't blocked. If it didn't get cut well enough you may need to use a thin blade or something like a dental pick to poke it through. Also what pg/vg ratio is your juice? Thick juice needs a larger hole to get through.

    What you have with an ego-t is not what they are calling cartridges. They are tanks. It is a different setup. Carts use the polyfill to hold the juice and conduct it to the atomizer, where the tank very slowly drips the juice on the atomizer through the stem that pierces the tank.

    Wal-Mart has hard plastic pistol cases that you can put a lock on for about $10. You can remove 1 or both pieces of foam inside to made plenty of space.

    planning my first 5volt box mod

    I know from experience that you can go down to a 1.7 ohm on 5v without popping that atty. Other than that it is more about personal preference of how hot you like your vapor and what tastes best with the juice you use.
