Trust me, I know ... but all I will miss is the rush of being an early adopter. :) Few things I have learned in the last two years: 1. Bite me once shame on you; bite me twice, shame on me (not original, but true). 2. Wait for the reviews. Then wait some more (honestly, the BB's been...

Thank you in advance to those of you shifting from "hamster mode" to "guinea pig" mode with the Raven. Imma still wait it out and see what happens long-term. :)

OK, looking to grok the Diver and possible need for NR wire (and hoping to avoid the need) ... and I've tried, really I have, but either ECF search ain't so hot or "diver billet box" aren't the right search terms ... anywho, trying to find the other thread with the guy who's done the BB/Diver...

I will wait on reports about the Raven. The last time I ordered from GV was, unfortunately, a LARGE order of stuff that was supposed to be the end-all-be-all of vaping and every single item was pretty much crap. Didn't even put the stuff on PIF as I did't want to burden someone else with it...

Hmmm. Wonder if mine will be arriving today? Unfortunately I'm a bit under the weather with a touch of vertigo today ... should probably stay away from machinery for another 24 hours or so. Looking forward to your results, though!

Can't say for sure until you get your items, but the image displayed is of an AW ICR 123. If that's the case you'll be fine - proper size and voltage.

Sorry to hear about the wreck, glad you're OK! As for the BB, haven't heard of anything like this before... You might try sticking it in the freezer for an hour or so, get everything to contract a bit and see if it loosens up. If that works the hard part is figuring out where the sticking...

Have not tried those with a BB yet, but I do recall trying them a while back. Maybe it was just that batch, but in the ones I received the fill material didn't go all the way to the bottom, by several mm. Didn't perform very well in or out of a tank. Could be that isn't a common thing, maybe the...

DD, that is just frikkin' awesome. WAY above and beyond. I wrote a whole lot more here about folks that just don't seem to appreciate just how much you have and are bending over to accommodate everyone as best you can. Decided to not go down that road, way too much to say. I almost want to...

Hmmm... looking forward to the day of different materials/inlays for the side panels. Need to start saving up nickels and dimes for a Chief's anchor and Submarine Warfare insignia a.k.a "Dolphins" and Radioman "Sparks" and . . . .

So, how come this trail-blazer isn't here in this thread telling us about it? Only have time to follow so many threads in a day! Not doubting the success of the effort, just seems odd is all. A few of us have Divers winging their way to us anyway, so guess we'll get details...

    Q. When should I replace the tank o-rings or silicon gasket for the cartomizer positive pin? A. The o-rings or gasket should last quite a while under normal use, but should be replaced whenever they are obviously nicked or damaged. Even if damage is not obvious, replacement may be indicated...

There are a few things that I find important in getting good taste and life out of cartos in tanks: 1. Holes/slots big enough to keep the keep the carto wet. 2. Holes/slots not so big that the carto floods easily. 3. Holes/slots in the right location to keep the carto fill material wet in the...

Had that problem with my first couple of IKV punched, too, with anything more than 20% VG. Holes too small for most of my liquids. So, had to slot 'em anyway. After that, though? Have to say, I favor them just a touch more than the Boges.

If you have control over the size of the hole, a good first try would be somewhere between 1mm and 2mm. Once it's in the tank, check to see if you're getting flow into the cartomizer by pushing on the face of the BB tank (for a freshly installed carto) and/or taking a hard draw on the carto and...
