Introducing 'the Mako' PV coming soon.....

Do you have any close up shots so they can be compared? I would like to think that the Mako's headcap is totally different from the Chuck's Headcap...

Introducing 'the Mako' PV coming soon.....

I see in the latest video that you totally changed the design of the headcap, from it's original thin and flat design, seen in alex's video, to a taller, recessed cone design...

    **BOOM!** Battery Failure

Whoa! I would think taking the endcap off and just blowing into it would be just a little bit easier... Being without my mod for a few days?!? No way!

Travel and Vaping VEGAS here I come! Now,....

yes, that would be bad. You should bring the livestrong chuck. The other players will be too busy looking at it, that they will not be thinking about their own cards! :D

    How to spend a Saturday

Not really needed, these do not jam up like the aluminum mods. Mine is just over 2 months old, dragged around everywhere. The threads are nice and big, and the brass on copper makes screwing the cap on very smooth once it breaks in after a week or two.

    Vaping at work?

Exactly my situation. I have been stealth vaping at my desk all day for 4.5 months, a few friends know, but that is it. I assume that managment would not approve if I asked, so I just don't ask, and don't tell.

    How to spend a Saturday

umm, yea... about that sand blasting... I sandblasted 1 layer off a smaller item... took about 1:45. Unless you want to spend all day with your arms in a blasting cabinet trying to get 2 layers off, let Jeff take care of it.

Is it safe to say anything will never happen? Has there been an instance of a protected battery venting? Out of the few venting cases I have ever heard of, none of them were protected batteries. Have you seen this not to be the case?

Yep, and that feature is in the top of that designs feature list . I'm glad jeff was way more worried about the Chuck looking good and performing even better, than "silly features". Use protected batteries. If it still worries you, grab a drill and make a vent hole. I know I will not...

Those were looked at, and they really are nice, but... The mounting hole for those is a 1/2" hole, the chuck itself is only 7/8" wide. When looking for switches, the mounting hole needs to be 3/16" to 1/4" max.
