Anyone played with a peltier device ?
from what I understand, is that the hot side has to have a heatsink and even a fan on it, depending on the size of it, or it will burn too hot and fry.- raven9mm

The 14500 normally have 900mah, same as a 16340. lol. How? The test is shows no drop in voltage. If you are refering to the voltage being too high, you need to understand that the voltage does not matter. There was still no drop in voltage. If the cap does what drew says it does, the voltage should have dropped a full volt. It did not.- raven9mm

Yes, this charger is NOT for 3.0v batts. 3.7v only. I would not charge 3.0v batts in this charger, you run a real risk of them exploding due to over charging, especially if they are unprotected cells- raven9mm
