    If you are stripping atty connectors, you are doing it wrong.:p The atty connector will not slip out like other mods, it is soldered to the headcap. it is not going anywhere.

    Actually I think he is talking about if the switch is depressed too long, since there is no cutoff, that the atty could get hot enough to start a fire. Protected batteries will not stop this, but I do not think it will start a fire. The solder holding the nichrome wire will melt in the atty way...
