Need some links / advice
If you are looking for a nice "battery holder" for your 510, where the battery lasts for days not hours... you should look at the Chucks. Has anyone bought from TheBearJuice?
I got 3 bottles from them, cherry, vanilla, and something else. vanilla was real weak, cherry was real strong, but I think they use oil based flavorings since all of them seperated. All are a milky color, cannot see through the bottle at all. Cherry was good, but i am standoffish about the oil...- raven9mm

Does anybody know...white pot
I would guess ceramic. I have run my 901 at 8.4 volts and no issues with the white cup. The nichrome breaking or the solder on the ends of it melting... now that is another story... :)- raven9mm

Not if another batt works and if the charger is showing the LED's for a bad battery. I would contact batt junc, and inquire about their warranty. I would not know anything that you could have prevented it, seems like the protection circuit is not working correctly. Sounds like just a faulty...- raven9mm

Using unprotected 18350's in mine right now... spring has at least 3-4mm more room to compress. Should work fine, as the protection circuit board only takes up 1-2mm.- raven9mm

Venting the Chuck
Cool, have at it then. Dead center of the end cap would work then. Make sure to use a center punch and a drill press so the bit does not walk on you, and scratch the powder coat. Obviously, remember to take the spring out too.- raven9mm
