    My wife vapes menthol and I find that the best menthol cigarette flavor you can get is to mix your favorite tobacco and menthol flavors together. Menthol by itself doesn't taste like a menthol cigarette, it needs a tobacco flavor with it. HTH

    Shanagan is correct, what you are experiencing is cramps from being dehydrated. You have to increase your intake of fluids with vaping.
