    :( aww, you poor girl. What the heck...you don't by chance have access to an inversion table do you? We have one, it does wonders for my husbands back and knees, not sure if that's something you've tried or not.

    Howdy howdy peeps! Can't believe the weekend is nearly over already. Seriously sucks to waste my Saturdays letting my brain and bod recover from the week, then I try to cram fun and housework all into Sunday. Didn't get much of either one today, oh well...maybe next weekend.
