    that's definitely a top of the line PV which is very nice, but experimentation with what juice will satisfy him/her will cost alot of money.. also the cost of experimenting with atomizers/cartomizers. So i would recommend using the rest of the budget towards those two things

    like mudflap stated, if you're planning to use LR (Low Resistance 1.5ohm-2.0ohm) Atomizers, the AW IMR's are the better choice. when dealing with PV's, never skimp out on the batteries.. imo anyway -.-

    didnt read the other posts but i highly highly recommend the Riva 510...or EGO 510 the OP said he doesnt care what it looks like and will need a good battery for when at school. those recommending the kr808s are IMO only for people who care if their pv looks like a cigarette...they dont...
