    18mg not quite enough

I started with 36. Sometimes I got a little dizzy :). I'm at 24 now and looking to cut back slowly. Just started mixing a few of my own and I try to keep it at 24 or below. I was a heavy Marlboro 100's smoker for about 45 years.

    new member!!

Hi and welcome :) A while back the standard answer to virtually any new guy question was "get an eGo". I have a couple variations and use them all the time. Even the standard batteries will last most of the day and the stuff you can screw on the end is almost endless. Have fun and take care...

Hi and welcome :) I hear a lot of folks "quitting" smoking and winding up putting a lot of unnecessary pressure on themselves. I never actually quit myself and, in fact, have a full pack of smokes in the house. It's been several months since I actually smoked one and have no desire to...

KR808 or 501?? Which is better?

Good advice here. My first real PV was a KR808 and I moved up to an eGo for the battery life and range of doodads that it would fit. IMO, if you go with the KR808, get the large manual batteries and keep one in the charger and you'll be fine. :)

    Questions on the Sapphire tanks

Hi and welcome to ECF :) I bought a few of them and have more on order. They seem to work pretty well. I'm using the 3 ohm variety on an eGo type battery. They are easy to fill and produce good vapor. On the down side....they seem to start tasting a little funky after a few fillings and I had 1...

    Things I've Learned from ECF

I read the whole thread and it was great. Most all of it is true and that's what makes it funny. Good times :) Thank you

    Finally-

Hi Midcoast and welcome :) Once you find a PV you like and a juice or two your costs will drop. I started with one from 7-11, to an "Ecig", to a KR808, to an eGo, to an eGo T and finally back to eGo batteries with a variety of attys, tanks and whatnot. It's been a learning (and expensive)...

How many only vape in private?

I do that too, with discretion. I find that I no longer have to stop what I'm doing to go smoke at work but I keep it really low key.

Try here Get the XL manual batteries (2) and always keep one on the charger. That's if you wanna stick with that style of e-cig.

    New to this forum.

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better. I smoked for about 45 years and only quit once for 10 days (using chewing tobacco). I smoke 2 analogs last February when I was stuck away from home and ran out of juice. Other than that it's been really easy for me. Keep trying and eventually you'll just...

    VG at a retail outlet?

I just bought a bottle today at Whole Foods. It's the Now brand and was just under $10 for 16oz. I mixed up some 2:1 with some Nicvape 100mg nic juice and it vapes really well. No taste at all. I'm going to try 3:1 and then add a few flavors. Good stuff :)
