    You can buy Jackfruit at some Asian grocery stores. We bought one once and I couldn't get past the texture of the fruit. It was somewhat rubbery is the best way I can describe it. It was weird. I don't recall the taste so much as the texture. So I can't say whether it was juicy fruit-like.
