1... yes to the batteries and charger Mike sells on the site. The UltraFires are great in the Buzz. 2... Since you are use to the 510 setup I would stick with that. You can get all sorts of different 510 atties in a wide range of ohms, so when paired with the VariVolt ability of the Buzz... -

I've taken a couple apart and have yet to find any burning of any kind. My one juice clogs the wicks after several days, but I haven't tried cleaning any yet, way too lazy for that and since I bought a ton of them, I just toss them. Why does a carto need to be completely...
One of the main reasons you want it to be as dry as possible is that it takes more heat to vaporize water than it does ejuice. You will get a reduction in performance and put a strain on the coil until the water is gone. Slightly damp should be fine though. Happy Vaping!!!- WitchWay
