It's really hard to describe which is probably why they decided to just name it "Yum!". One reviewer described it as a creamy "Butterfly Bait" which I assume is honeysuckle. Another described it as marshmallow. I don't really get either of those. It's a subtle, sweet flavor. Very tasty!- tigerlily
