    I was like that when I first started. I felt like I was making an old habit worse. I was really fixated with my e-cig and couldn't put it down. But as time goes on you'll be able to not vape it as much. Your going through cigarette withdrawal and are using the e-cig to help cut those cravings...

    O and maybe this might be useful. My girlfriend was vaping for a straight week, but now doesn't vape at all. My friend who I got into vaping lasted 3 days, and another a week and a half.

    I've been vaping for two months. Idk if i'll go back or not. I was talking with this guy outside a bar. He was talking about electronic cigarettes. He said he quit for 6 months but went back to cigarettes. That gave me a lot of hope :(
