    wisdom teeth pulled - nasty dry socket.... OUCH molar pulled (older and wiser) put some cotton over the empty gum area thinking is was the smoke not the suction...(actually asked for a bit of the plastic 'dam' stuff' and put that over the area also when puffing) and took very easy open mouth...
