    Just microwave pepperoni slices,, instead of a bag of chips as a snack,, 1 little bag of pepperoni tends to =4 snacks for me. Fat adapted tends to kill your appetite,, pepperoni has fat & protein

    Thanks,,, I use muffin pan or dark pans for cornbread,, light pans can screw up the cooking. I ran out of paper cups so I had to use spray Pam,,,. You really want that 15-20 minutes of resting =(rising) then bake it You can cut the sugar down if need be,, our family just likes that recipe
