I got this with my Volt and still do if I use their cartomizers. I switched from the rubber mouth pieces to a drip tip and it helped with the soreness on the tip of my tongue. Not sure if this is the same soreness you were experience. I'm just saying a drip tip helped mine out, YMMV.
Actually I'm an idiot... I didn't have the drip shield moved far enough down and it was partially blocking the intake on the atomizer. I'm all good now lol.
I think it was an airflow problem. It was a china drip shield came with one air vent. So I took my dremel and put two slots in the sides at the top. It's getting the airflow it needs now. I have empiremods one on order so hopefully it'll work more ideally.
I'm using a drip shield with a cisco 306 1.5. I'm using a vamo at 11 watts, where I typically vape. Though with the drip shield the draw is tight and I get a burnt taste. You know the burning car crash vape. Any tips for improving the performance with the drip shield on?
These things start out great for me. I love using them on my twist for on the go vaping. I run them at 4.3v and get clouds of vapor. Flavor is actually decent. For the first two days everything goes smooth but then I get a burnt taste. So I give it a bath and blow it out and burn the water off...
Funny this thread comes up today. I went to class early today to study for a test. When I got to the study lab we have in the college there was already three of my classmates studying as well. About 20 minutes into it one of the girls pulled out a logic e-cig one of the gas stations ones. I...
Well vaping does dry you out which can further irritate a sore throat. I'm with the menthol peeps on this one and switch to VG. I also lower the nic content to like 12mg to knock down the TH which also doesn't help with a irritated throat.
I actually found myself going away from variable voltage devices. I use a bolt and a reo right now. I just use dual coil tanks with the bolt at 7.4v and cisco's on my reo. I'm pretty happy with them both. I do have a spinner kit on the way for vaping out in public as I find the VV allows for...
Hmmm well ugh it's been a hell of a day no fault to you guys. Though my money just got extremely tight I'm not sure when I would be able to send it in. I'll do it ASAP though... (following the directions in that thread)
I have 4 306 atties from avidvaper.com 2 of them screw on and 2 of them want screw all the way on. All my other 510 connections will screw on fine. Though they all feel rough going in. Could it be my new Reo?
So why do they recommend the 1.6 dcc for HV devices up to 5v? From what I understand the AW IMR batteries are rated for over 6 amps of draw and this would even suffice for a 1.25 dcc. I'm just using the 1.6 because that's what came with but was planning on bumping the ohms up with the...
Well I've got a blank measuring 2.5 ohms right now and it doesn't taste burnt. I've vaped 2.0 ohm cartos at 7.4v on my mods. Yes I like reckless vapor and warmth. I like the volt for its feel and portability. I just wish they would give vapors as myself lower resistance cartos (2.0-2.2ohm)...
