    This was very helpful information and I'll test this when I get home. If there were just a way for me to get the glass tank out I'd know if there were any orings in there. I can't feel or see them either but they could be in there.

    Any method to being able to get it to go in there flush? It seems anytime I poke down the part that's sticking up, it just sticks up from another side.

I'm assuming I'd put the clear o-rings that came in the part kit into it but they're too large and there's always a piece of it that sticks out (i.e. doesn't sit flush.)     OK thanks. In the past we used the Quantum site for more detailed tracking while it was still in China and usps tracking once it arrived in the US. I guess that's no longer working.

    Okay, so I see on the Jwraps website that they have a v1 and a v2 for a clear Hana wrap. I don't see a v3. I'm looking at this: http://www.jwraps.com/product_p/hana-clear.htm. Can anyone clarify if the v2 will work or do I need to look elsewhere?

    If you have a Harbor Freight nearby, they sell a precision screwdriver set for electronic devices for around $4 or $5. It comes with a bunch of little attachments and one of the Phillips head attachments worked really easily with the screws in the Hana I received from Elev8.
