    newbie diy fail#1

Okay, sorry if I get this wrong, it's hard to see exactly what you're using. Mix 1 - M-type tobacco / caramel / vanilla - tastes like rubbing alcohol. I think that you're adding too much at once. Start with individual flavorings, at low %'s, and work other flavors into the blend, slowly...

Haha, I had similar results. I think my first batch was 10 drops in 10mls. I love brownie, but jeez! I like 1 drop per 5mls for potent fudge brownie flavor, and the dilute for subtle back rounds.

What are the flavors, what % did you mix them at, nic strength, pg/vg ratio?

    DIY'ers juice trading method

I'm beating the dead horse by saying this, but, isn't the idea to trade with other DIY'ers, not vendors? If you included the recipe with a mail sent package, how would vendors be able to utilize the recipe? Unless your fear is that the person whom you shared your recipe with would leak its...

To me, it tastes of cinnamon rolls. A dessert cinnamon with a doughy taste to it. It's pretty decent, but extremely powerful. So I diluted 1ml of flavoring with 4mls of straight PG. I did the same with Capella Chocolate Fudge brownie. If you've a cinnamon roll, or perhaps cinnamon danish, I...

The "Let's give Levitas a helping hand" Thread

It still may not be applicable, but, if I see a recipe, and I don't have the specific ingredient, or vendor, I will use another that is similar. For example, you wouldn't positively need to use VZ coconut, and another cream may work (perhaps better) than the cream soda I use. This isn't the case...

This is an interesting one: 4 drops (TFA) Banana nut bread 3/5 drop (CAP) Chocolate fudge brownie 1 drop (VZ) Coconut 2 drops (CAP) Graham cracker 3 drops (FW) Cream soda I am working on some sort of variation of this recipe, which is a derivative of my standard Banana nut brownie recipe...

My order has came in from High Desert :D As per the usual, I have mixed a 5ml sample of most of the flavorings I got in, and will share them with you all now. For reference: All bottles are once again, 5mls. 3 drops of flavoring per bottle. 10mg, 30/70vg. First on the list, (CAP) Vanilla...

    More new flavors made today

You may, of course, do as you wish. But! I am a firm believer of trying the blend you've mixed immediately, and steeping should only be utilized if the blend is too 'rough', or not quite 'there', if ya get my meaning ;)

    DIY'ers juice trading method

I only mentioned it because the OP had mentioned that he would enjoy selling juice, although he isn't prepared in recipes (that's what I got from one of the responses). My point could easily be misconstrued, allow me to clarify. You wouldn't be sending DIY juices with vendors, as you had said...

I mix Blueberry Extra at 1 drop/ml. It needs no steep time, it's amazing right after the mix.

    DIY'ers juice trading method

This is an interesting concept. However, I fear that it would turn into a profiting enterprise, rather than idea to help one another find vaping zen. One way to alleviate said issue would be to offer the recipe with sent samples, or trades.

WL Order- Request for started percentages for these flavors

The only one I have tried on that list is the Apple Pie, and I have only tried it at 5%. It's great, though, I like it a lot.

Are LorAnn flavors from hobby lobby different than from Wizardlabs?

Take a look at the ingredient list on the back of the box/bottle from the Hobby Lobby. A lot of times, people will add food coloring and/or ingredients that may not be attractive for inhaling, though might be good for ingestion. The fact that they're both labeled LorAnn is odd, and I do not...

Tobacco, tobacco, so many to choose from

Well, aside of what you've mentioned, a lot of people enjoy the Commercial. I wasn't too big on it, as it reminds me a cigarette and leaves an odd aftertaste. Graff described it has an unlit cigarette, with a slight sweetness to it, and I think that's a pretty good description. If you got the...

    TPA Black Honey Tobacco

I can't say, for sure. For TFA flavors, I use a 1ml pipette, and measure my recipes in drops, rather than overall %'s. Eventually I am going to compile a list of drop/ml ratios for all of the bottles/pipettes I use.

    Tobacco recipe ideas

I don't know if I can answer this as of now. When I first smelled Smooth, the first thought that came to mind was ethyl maltol. When comparing the two, it seems that Smooth smells more like County Fair Cotton Candy (LA). I haven't mixed a bottle with only Smooth to test the individual taste, but...

    Tobacco recipe ideas

What other flavors do you have? I've never tried either of those tobaccos, but I read that many enjoy adding a cream, or caramel, or vanilla to tobaccos. Some other considerations might be some sort of sweetener, ethyl maltol, sucralose, brown sugar, smooth. If you're into it, even a fruit...
