    Organic flavoring less flavorful?

I do not know if you care, but that malt contains diacetyl. Some people don't mind, some don't want anything to do with it. Just lettin' ya know :)

Anyone Heard of / Used One-On-One Flavors?

The only cream I have is FA Catalan Cream (and either I got a bad batch, or this just tastes like spices...), and the only custard I own is Capella's Vanilla Custard, and it tastes very much like a sugar cookie. Don't get me wrong, it's tasty, but I do not know how well it would mix with this...

Which Lorann flavors should i start with at Hobby Lobby...

First off, I wish you the very best of luck finding that chocolate you're looking for... I've been looking for months ;) If you've any decent results, I plea that you share! Second, and this is just the opinion on this guy right here, but, no flavor should ever have to be "steeped" to be...

Which Lorann flavors should i start with at Hobby Lobby...

I know you already made your purchase, but I'll just throw in that I really like LorAnn's Strawberry. Their Banana and Almond flavors are decent as well.

Flavors that do not mix well.

I've read that Capella's Eggnog was decent... but I'm far too afraid of every touching another eggnog flavoring... it was the stuff nightmares are made of. p.s. I too love me some eggnog :)

Anyone Heard of / Used One-On-One Flavors?

I dunno, there are some pretty rancid flavorings in there, :D I might load a carto when it's full... but I shant be looking forward to it. As for the DDC, it's too inconsistent. First day, completely fresh, it tasted like burning tootsie rolls... then mellowed a little, then back to burning...

Anyone Heard of / Used One-On-One Flavors?

Alright, so after the 3rd day of tasting the Double Dutch, I dumped the bottle in the Abyss (otherwise known as the 100ml bottle of miscellaneous past failures ;) ) I remixed a bottle of 5% Double Dutch and added 1.5% of Capella Sweet Strawberry. Shaking it now, and will try it a little later.

Some scotch tape over the label will solve that ;)

TFA - Honey, what to do with it?!

No amount of steeping, sitting, bathing, whatever you want to call will change a bad flavor into a good flavor. It is known that I am extremely biased against such acts, and I find the idea of flavors magically morphing from unvapable to ADV's ridiculous. To clarify: I don't find anything...

    Making a base mix...

I mix everything fresh, just my preference. If you're going to mix a larger base batch, you'll want to make sure to enter the flavor % in the calculations, even if you're not adding the flavor in immediately. This way, when you do add the flavoring, it will not alter the end result. For...

Anyone Heard of / Used One-On-One Flavors?

Retrying the Double Dutch today after a full day's 'steep' (saying that word makes me cringe, lol) - There is something attractive about this flavor, I'll definitely give it that. But to be fair, there is also something that's holding it back. I don't know if 10% was too much, or too little, but...

Why would you want to add water? and other questions on diy

Hey there, just dropping in with a little advice. First off, it's not as hard as it may seem. Once you get the generally principles down, it's all flavor experimentation from there. Do you utilize an e-juice calculator? They're absolutely paramount, especially when first starting. If you're...

    TFA Huckleberry extra

Never had this flavor, but TFA Ripe Banana had a horrendous chemical flavor attached to it... and it did not go away. Not even with the super duper magic of steeping ;) Sometimes you just find one that doesn't work, and all flavors are certainly not created equal. You can try giving it a...

Flavors that do not mix well.

TFA Ripe Banana + Anything TFA Eggnog + Anything Just recently I found that Double RY4 doesn't seem to work very well with TFA Cinnamon Danish... bleh.

Long-time DIYers, do you keep experimenting?

There is only one vendor juice I will spoil myself with, and that's Boba's Bounty. I find that I can even replicate, (close enough anyways), many of Ben's other juices I've enjoyed, and I believe mine are better :D OT: Personally, I have a set of about 3 juices that I consistently vape on the...

Anyone Heard of / Used One-On-One Flavors?

Got my samples today: Double Dutch Chocolate, which I asked for, and French Vanilla (asked for Cookies and Cream, but it's all good). I mixed two 5ml samples, shaking them right now. Normally, I usually like to try new flavors at very low %'s, and I generally never vape above 10% flavoring...

Best Capella's flavors ? Opinions please

Sweet strawberry is good, but it reminded me of strawberry syrup. Vanilla Custard tastes like a sugar cookie to me. Chocolate Fudge Brownie tastes like brownie batter (at small %'s), and like crap at higher %'s Chocolate Glazed Doughnut is good, but tastes like an artificial Krispy Kreme...

    Store bought flavorings?

You'll likely find them in the area where you find cake decorating stuffs. However, as those before me have said, be aware of what's in the flavoring you're purchasing. Many of the LorAnn flavorings I saw at Walmart were Oil-based, which equals no good for the lungs. With the other stuff...

Neither does Capella, but that's widely used for our purposes ;)

    Coloring e-juice safely help.

Not entirely true. There are some flavoring manufacturers that utilize food coloring - Watkins is one that comes to mind. Now, towards those companies that we normally purchase from, such as TFA, Capella, etc., I don't imagine that they do.
