It sounds like the juice isn't wicking properly, especially with the 510T. Most people use a 70PG/30VG mix with those tanks. It seems like everything else is just too thick to work right.
Try putting a couple of drops inside the atty and let it sit for a few seconds so it can soak into the wick...
If I were you, I would run away as quickly as possible from that website! You can get a much better starter kit with replacement parts that are much less expensive and easier to find.

It would be extremely difficult to reach the levels of PG toxicity required to cause lactic acidosis. You would either have to be hooked up to an IV or drink a very large quantity over a short time.
If you just want to be on the safe side, then start mixing some VG with the PG.
Dehydration...
First, make sure that the stuff for your fog machine is actually safe for vaping. Yes, there are differences. You want to use ONLY USP PG and VG for making e-liquid.
Then, I highly suggest that you read the DIY Forums before you jump in head first.
