My favorite juice vendor is me! DIY has suited me well since I started and it has saved me a lot of money!
Before you start DIY, I suggest finding some flavors you really like in pre-made juices and reading up on the DIY sub-forums first. That way you won't end up wasting a whole lot of money...
Matting, batting, filler, fluff...it's all the same...six of one, half a dozen of the other.
They're all used to help wick the juice to the atomizer or to help keep the coils wet in some cartomizers. For carts, I used either regular, run-of-the-mill polyfil or Fluval.
Aw hell yeah! I love a story with a happy ending! I'm so glad that everything not only turned out okay, but then turned into something wonderful for you and your mom!
VAPE YOUR HEAD OFF!!!
The best thing to do would be to email Isaac at IkenVape and let him know what happened. He'll be able help you out and give you some great advice on getting the most out of his atomizers.
Just keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You can refrigerate if you want, but the juice won't get its flavor back until it warms up to room temperature again.
Most reputable vendors will either include protected batteries with your purchase or sell them separately. They'll also tell you which batteries are recommended for use with their mods, as there are many different batteries out there. I've been using mods for almost a year now, and I can tell...
I tried fitting a clearo into my Liquinator and the clearo is just a little too big to fit into it. If both sides of the tank were just a little wider, then it might just work the same as the steel cartos.
See? Now there's a problem! Vendors who I like have these damned sales, so I whip out the credit card, make an order and then stalk the mail carrier. It's a vicious cycle, I tell you!
You could try standard cartos instead of the dual coils and those might work better. The problem with any carto is that 100% VG doesn't work very well because it's too thick. You might want to try thinning your juice with PGA if you have problems with PG.
Tanks....there are lots of different...
