    no, he say to make that charge external, and use only a connector to charge that 2 batt`s. It`s ok depends what is purpose of that modd after construction, for sale or for self use. If it was 1 batt, charger is good to be built in, to can charge from a laptop/PC.

    you can use that 2 series charger as a pass-trough, same you don`t need extra barrel connector. for example when charge batt and vape at the same time, atty will drain maximum current from charger (500 mah 600 mah), and rest from batt.

    the answer is in my early post, if you wired correctly same to have a bad soldering or a broken component, of course if the seller was made that PCB according to the schematic
