    So I have two option: 1. 18350 regular + sensor 85$ for US or 75 $ for EU shipped. 60mm long 2. 18350 Boosted 4V fixed + sensor 105$ US shipped. undervoltage lockout and shortcircuit protection for this. -70 mm long. also I have an waiting list in some other place, with around 6 people in.

    For the first question : C = aprox 18350 so for size of li-ion batts: 18 it`s diameter 35 lenght Second: Heatsink of what? Probably it`s about electronic PCB heatsink and it`s required for regulators IC.

    Smallest P channel Mosfet?

    Use a sot23 mos-fet, but..always it`s a but :D, so use this for pin 5 of lm2596 (EN pin). If you put a little mosfet to IN or OUT, and cross 1-2-3 Amps from him will burn instant. For EN pin cross only 10 mA. Chears.

    are cr123a the same as 18350?

    maybe you want to forget CR123 or LiPOFe4 batts, very dangerouse on vapping. Without a good protection you have a lot of chance to win a free ticket to hospital :D

    Just For LM2596 Users

    I see :D, your discussion don`t have nothing in common with LM2596, maybe lady want to vape at a LM2596 mod :D. For the first VV mod of mine LM2596 was my lady of everyday spent on vapping :)
