    Anyway ego electronics it`s a bull......first short circuit and mosfet will crack, it`s no good for this purpose, maybe if change with a 10-20 A mosfet works, but talk about other dimension (big mosfet :D).

    like idea you have two types of sensitive switch. With mosfet (resistiv) or capacitive with special IC. For mosfet need 2 wire ("worm wire" and + or - depends of mosfet) and for capcitive switch a single wire (a plate, nut, screw). Depends of you how build this on tube,box or wood.

    Use only protected Li-ion cell and don`t have any problem. A possible danger it`s at the final of discharge when batt voltage goes at 3V, but always first batt will heat before explode. Discharge rate it`s much higher at the booster.
