    if you use atty under 2 ohm it`s normal to have only 3.8V under load. That it`s booster :)

    yep this is, little space, and you don`t regulate entire day :), only when change atty/carto. But how i say it`s small space, and i can`t make what i want to do on that tubes. Or have everything and it`s big or smaller with some disadvantage.

    What are these used for?

    so for clarification: 16340 have 880 mah protected batt.Don`t use unprotected batt, i thing this it`s 1000mah or above. I use regular this batts at my mods, it`s good because don`t need much space for batt`s. CR123 it`s the same but have 3 V, 16340 have 3.7V, you find and LiPoFe4 same at 3V

    regulated means 2xbatt with step down convertor. it`s the best VV ever made this kind of regulator. Booster work weel only with 2 ohm or higher atty.

    a good question for you: what atty did you use? :D.Very important. for both booster and simple batt it`s not relevant to measure voltage in air, you must measure on resistive load.. :D Booster works better than batt with atty/carto 2 ohm or higher. At LR will be the same or booster will work...
