    You will be fine. 2 mgs less of nic aren't going to cause you to go into withdrawals. I keep pushing myself to go outside my perceived limits. You're much stronger than you think. (I'm up to 46 minutes of rolling hills on the elliptical machine)

    Q4MK makes me scared about buying a house. My great accomplishment was fixing the washing machine and now you have to turn the knob to wash, turn to spin, turn it back around to wash and then back around to spin. Yeah, it works. eyeroll.

    I've been at zero nic for so long that I can't even vape the 6mg samples that KBV sends me. I've huffed the caffe latte a few times but I can't stand the taste of nic now. I'm not even vaping until after 7 or 8 pm.

    It's not too bad, 10 hours without very many stops but I can't sit that long so we take lots of stops:) We used to drive to Marion, now we drive to Columbus, since Heather's mom moved. A three hour flight, from start to finish, is preferable though.

    WTH is up with Q-tips dug out of the trash?? I finally got ...... off and bought all new lever trash cans after Heather got Lucy, a golden/collie/whatever breed. Even out kitchen trash can has a locking lid. You forgot milk rings.
