Heather was watching football the other day. I was tortured into watching the Little League World Series at the gym today and now Jeff is watching soccer. The only sport that I like to watch is poker and Jeff keeps swearing that it's not a sport. If it's on ESPN, it's a sport. Someone help me- Enid

The rule really doesn't make sense. The manager said that they didn't have as much foot protection as standard shoes, so I'm going to buy another pair of "barefoot" shoes that don't look like vibrams. I hate the look of vibrams but they don't give me shin splints, like my Asics do.- Enid

Back to school shopping? I spent what I think is an ungodly amount on new athletic clothes. Speaking of food, I had awesome fish tacos and mango coleslaw for din-din. I got bit twice by fire ants, but that didn't ruin dining outside in 77° weather with a slight breeze.
