    I said slower earlier, but I think the key is steady. Speed depends on liquid viscosity perhaps, although I don't want to make filling a tank sound hard...lol

    This pretty much rules out hotspots, so it seems to be a wicking issue. What juice ratio do you use? High VG?

    Common problem w/ Gennies, especially for newcomers, although it can happen to us seasoned people at times if in a hurry. Plunge the juice slowly is another good tip. You can also experiment w/ different needle gauges if you have them. I'd recommend one but it depends on your juice ratios.

    Hadn't heard of that one, link? Is it a silica atty? BTW, I've had 30mls of RY-1 w/ .25% of Red USA steeping for a week yesterday. Will be tearing into that in the next day or two. Also made 30mls of Indian a week ago today.

    As stated and the previous post says, we Mac users need Parallels or Bootcamp to run Window's applications. I have neither although I do have the 2011 Office Suite, so I'm able to run mixing calculators that use Excel.

    Me either on OSX 10.8.3, but one probably needs Parallels or Bootcamp to which I have neither. I didn't try too hard, so I'll have to look into it some more.

    Snap, how did you pop it?? I have one spare but need to keep onto it. Hope you find one soon. I had a bad recoiling day last week and thought I may have knackered mine but it works; think I ran the batteries down too low. Hoping to rule that out soon.

    It's a toss up between RY-1 and Indian, although Red-USA is pretty good too. USA definitely has a more ashy note. I added about .25% of Red-USA to a batch of RY-1 and will see what that tastes like. They're good as standalone flavors too. Indian made my friend sneeze for some reason...

    I didn't like Realcig or any of the SC flavors I tried at 2.5% or any for that matter. Hangsen rocks though. I have their RY1, Indian and Red USA. I like them all on some level. Have you tried the regular ,green, or light USA's from Hangsen? I'm wondering how they stack up against Red USA.

    He posted a pic (on the big tobacco thread) of his VZ Hangsen bottle. It appears to have their own label so they must be, at the very least, rebottling it. I got mine from ECX and it looks like a bottle from China would look. Maybe the vendors could shed light on this??

    Probably so, I'd also venture that USA and Red USA are similar. ECX doesn't have the RY2 but does have RY3. VZ has both but I heard their Hangsen extracts are different/darker than ECX's? How does RY2 compare to RY6? May have to throw some of those in my next order. I'm guessing I'd like...

    May have to try that one too. I use to have the misconception that the 'RY's were caramel tasting, but that's just RY-4 I now know.
