    Orion V2 roll call

No problem man, appreciate the thought, and to the others. Hate to hear about your friend's switch.... how long has he had it?

    Orion V2 roll call

It's on Vapor Wall and under Pailpoe's corner. I'm not sure if it's kosher to post another forum's links here but that's where it's at.

    Orion V2 roll call

Well the list is not valid, or at least Pailpoe never asked that it be started. He said sometime in the fall but I'm sure he's swamped w/ the Orion switches now.

@ 'jolly': The size I need is 12mm x 1.5mm @ 'Dj': Yes, the new batches have glass and you could pay a little extra to get (3)

    NGP help pls

Update: I just got home and had time to use the NGP. It surprises me, you can get warm vapor off the supplied 3/4 wrap. The metal drip tip also warms up some. I was use to a hot vape on my CE2's so I know what you're after. The ZAP was much too cool and the top cap roomier than the NGP by...

    Orion V2 roll call

Thanks man, I may have some coming from overseas but until I get them (2) would be nice in case. So far everything is holding up well. What size did you find and what hardware store? Lowes didn't seem to have them. I'm guessing Ace may.

    Metric o-rings

Ahh, ok. I guess that's what I've been using. Some people get particular over food grade, etc. but nitrile is probably what I have. Yes, ID.

    Metric o-rings

Super! I need two for emergency sake, but a dozen would be nice for my spare tanks. What does NBR stand for?

Where do you like to get 'em? Lots of choices but am curious to narrow them down.

    NGP help pls

I answered your post in the wick thread but try as 'jolly' suggested. Another (minor) tip is to use a short drip tip. A long drip tip will cool the vapor down too. You may or may not get the warmth you crave w/ the large chambered top cap of the NGP. I should pick mine up today and see for...

    #500 SS Mesh

I don't clean mine after every tank but do at the end of each night, or when the juice starts to turn rather dark. It does make a difference. I use a syringe filled w/ hot water and flush out the tank, then dry burn w/ short pulses, but I've heard people cleaning the way you do w/ turning coil...

Wick and Coil Tips and Tricks.

As 'mickey' pointed out, the coil/voltage do contribute to the vapor warmth but w/ a large top cap it's harder to achieve (the warmth I like anyhow). I like small chambered top caps for good flavor and vapor warmth. Some examples are the Orion, Hellfire, G-bell, etc. I love my Orion, favorite...

Wick and Coil Tips and Tricks.

The problem w/ some Genisis atty's is the top cap chamber is too big. You may not get the warm vapor you crave but you can try other kanthal gauges, braided coils, etc. That's the reason I sold my ZAP; the top cap was too roomy, and no coil or voltage setting could match my (small chambered)...

    steamboy storm rider v1.7

Yeah, but most people use it in conjunction w/ an oxidized wick, it just adds insurance. I imagine it would work w/o oxidizing as long as the coils don't move... Tight draw is good for me, sounds good.

    steamboy storm rider v1.7

Oh no, another temptation... Can't beat that price, especially shipped from overseas. Wonder when he'll get more in? (I see he has 10/20/12 listed. Did you order from the site directly or a forum list?) I just glanced and like the look intially; small chamber is always nice for flavor...

310Vapers: ORION v2.1 ON Sale Now!

Great to have a US supplier of this beauty! My all time favorite mod. Had a scare w/ mine today as I thought I lost an o-ring due to my trying to get the tank off. Are you going to supply spare parts eventually? ETA if so.

    Orion V2 roll call

I threw caution to the wind and put the chewed up o-ring back on... It's still in tact but I still need replacements to be safe. I'll keep a close eye on it for leaks. I also sanded down the tank so the air hole lines up. It's nice not needing other o-ring for that. I should've done that...

    Orion V2 roll call

What a day I had w/ my beloved Orion.... I had been getting shorts out of the blue on my 2+month old coil, so I figured it'd be a good time to change it and sand one of my extra tanks down to get rid of the o-ring I've been using to align the wick hole. What a time! I even lubed the orings...
