    The key words were pop at top positive screw, common problem for some. Make sure the nut on the positive post has at least two threads showing, otherwise, tighten the nut some.

    Glad you're sorting it out. Interesting side note on mesh and wicking; 'bj43' found out through experimenting that 500 actually wicks better when rolled w/ a wide width. It goes against popular belief that below 400 wicks thick juices better. Interesting read...

    Mine should be here today or tomorrow. I had forgot about it and then got the payment email a few weeks ago. It was a bit of an impulse buy, but maybe I'll hang onto it. I love my Orion but if this is decent I may keep it to have a knock around PV. We'll see.

    Ahh, that could be the reason for nasty hits; the airhole should be directly inline w/ the wick. If it's on either side the TH will be intense and flavor bad. On the opposite side, oh my!

    Nice looking atty. I discounted it when I first saw it because the top cap looks too big, but I guess it's smaller inside. The more I look at it the more I want one, even though it doesn't look as nice on the Provari to me (does on the Paps, P+). BTW, what drip tip is that?

    Not any of the guys you quoted but if you're thinking of drilling it out, try it on a 10ml bottle or the Vivi tank has same threads as top cap. You do risk loosing flavor w/ a larger hole, there's a fine line. Seems like 1.2mm would be the max, but try it out on plastic before drilling.

    I don't think of their draw as airy but the fact you do is all that matters. Lets see... I think I remember hearing someone using a bit of broken off toothpick to tighten the draw. Whether you did that or not, you'd have to block the airflow somehow.
