Yes it is frustrating. I checked my spam/junk/blocked options on 3 computers. My isp verified that the emails aren't coming in to their server, and I'm able to log in to their web-based email and see that they're not there. They turned off any filters/junk options there also. I let them remotely...
Everytime I change the email address Roly has to reset my account because I have no way to verify it with the sent email. Not sure it would do any good to try another one.
