I'd say my place but I don't know how the wife would feel with a bunch of chuckleheads vaping up the place. :D
What area are you in? I'm in SW. Near Trop and Ft. Apache.
It should have charge enough for you to use it a bit when you get it. 8 hours is not necessary. Charge it till the light turns green and then its done.
Here's a tour around my mancave. It's small but it's the only room in the house that's off limits to my wife. This is an old video and the room is different now. I'll have to make a higher definition video.

Good Luck. I smoked for 30 years and completely quit when I smoked the last one I had. That was 13 months ago. If you don't have any in the house and feel the urge just use the e-cig and your good to go.
It's fine to leave them on the charger. Once the light turns green the charge circuit is turned off. Off the charger they may loose a bit of charge after several weeks but it's negligible. You'll be switching batteries often enough to where you won't loose any charge.
I'm not 100% sure about the cartomizers but I think they are the same thread as a 901.
As far as the 9v battery thing, I'm sure if you name it Jeff can build it. Problem with that is the 9v batteries you get at the store, even the rechargeable ones are under 200mah and would be dead quick.
Red means charging, orange means almost done, green = done. Some go from red to green with no orange in between. 401 chargers stay green with a flash of red every couple of seconds when they are done.
Yep, that's what it is. It snaps into the atty and can't leak. Drip right into the hole without taking it off. The juice does not have to hit the bridge inside the atty. It's good if it does but when you drip into an atty there is no where else for the juice to go but into the little pot under...
That's a Burmese Python. I used to have one that same size. He was 15' and 190lbs when I donated him back to the pet store where I got him 10 years earlier.
Did you get this one?

The 3/8" should fit. It's tight but if you wet the tip and the tubing it should go on there.
When you figure out which ecig your going to stick with you should buy several attomizers as spares. Other than that the juice is the most important part to have. Depending on much you use you can get $100 worth of juice to last 6 months. That's about what I spend on it.
Well here's a little bit more seamless. The flowers and the background coloring should be close to seamless. Uh-Oh, is this gonna be a new request from everybody? Oh no, what have I done! :?:
