New Member with Information Overload - Need Advise Please

I've got a Kanger Protank knockoff, and I really like it. It's easy to clean out as necessary, and it provides quite a lot of vapor, if that matters to you. Also, it screws together, which makes for a much more secure setup. I can easily see myself pulling something apart accidentally and saying...

Oh! Okay, that makes a lot more sense. They're calling it 'variable voltage' - but it's not. It's unregulated. That explains why they said in the 'variable voltage' mode it would start with higher voltage and end up lower. Wish they'd've got their terms right, though. Thanks!

Wow, great timing - I just got an eGo C and was wondering about its variable voltage mode. However, it seems to be just a simple toggle - VV on or off - and that's the extent of the documentation that came with it. Do you have any insights into how the VV works on the eGo C, and whether it's of...

Whatever you do, don't go Blu

A person who affects surprise and disappointment after having his goad responded to in a manner more polite than it deserved? That one was all over the internets for a while: Applebee’s Overnight Social Media Meltdown: A Photo Essay | R.L. Stollar How quickly they forget… Do you see any...

What has this got to do with Blu's poor customer service, or its poor plan in dealing with customer complaints?

Anti-Smoker's Rant, "Electronic Cigarettes Should be Banned...It's Disgusting Even if It's Fake"

Rachel in Blade Runner (like Alien, a Ridley Scott film) was perpetually toking up. For Scott at least I think it's a device to either make his characters or settings more accessible - hey, it's the future, but at least they still smoke - or possibly to lend an air of gritty realism. Most of the...

Anti-Smoker's Rant, "Electronic Cigarettes Should be Banned...It's Disgusting Even if It's Fake"

I wonder if some of it might come from the idea that vaping is 'getting away' with something. Viewed almost as cheating.

Perhaps I should have said there's no useful contact info there. I was responding to the suggestion: 'If you want to vent to someone who can help, call the corporate office directly.' As I pointed out, correctly, there is no way to call the corporate office directly. It's abundantly clear that...

Whatever you do, don't go Blu

I saw those when I was looking for means to contact them. The 800 number goes to a generic support line with no way to get in touch with management. The 'contact us online' link goes to a web form. I made use of that, as well as the email addresses on that page. I got the reply I expected, which...

Anti-Smoker's Rant, "Electronic Cigarettes Should be Banned...It's Disgusting Even if It's Fake"

Sounds like an ex-smoker who hates his life now, and doesn't want to try out something new - possibly out of fear of 'becoming re-addicted', as though you can ever not be addicted to nicotine once you're hooked. Though, on viewing a couple of other posts there as well as the FAQ, I'm more...

    Heavy smoker looking for advices

You'll get that, no worries there. I do on just 18mg. That's one of the things I missed most about smoking, one of the things I was still missing with the smaller e-cigs, and one of the things I was delighted to get back with a big battery and tank. The closest thing I got to it in e-cig was...

Why are you getting into electronic cigarettes?

Oh wow. Anyone who's done cigarettes probably knows about all the little pleasures that come with them, right? They go really well with coffee, after eating, first thing in the morning, etc. I've actually been off of cigarettes for several years, but I am unable to go without nicotine entirely...

Whatever you do, don't go Blu

This is the second decade of the twenty-first century, posting forums are not novel, and any business that has a Facebook page - and was around during the Applebee's blow-up - should have a plan in place for dealing with these kinds of social media-centric problems. A public forum is a public...

Whatever you do, don't go Blu

And now begins the thread drift. There's only one right way to handle something like what's happened with Blu's cockup, and that is to let your social media people know what's happening before it turns into an explosion - and empower them to do something more than ignore, reply with sarcasm, and...
