Hey Kiwi--hang in there! Maybe your expectations for the UC doing the steeping job are a little high--don't know--just a thought. I have used the UC and I have the 30 minute one, and have found that the 'aging' process is still necessary for most blends. Fruits and mints not so much--but... -

That is not necessarily the case--you CHOOSE your cc processor. There are many different companies and varying rates and fees. There is also a group that secures websites, but there are charges for that too. You are not required to 'secure' your website. IMO--it is all part of the 'bank... -
