    I did read the PDF and read it again today before I installed on the laptop, just in case I missed something. My son suggested that I uninstall and re-install but I haven't done that yet. Spent way too much time on it the last two days.

    Thanks RB--yes both of my PC's are Windows 7. I use Mac most of the time so I haven't upgraded the PC's. Everything is up to date with the updates on them though. I am out of ideas too.

    Well--total frustration again today trying to update the Radius. I am not too bad with computers so this has me totally stumped. Yesterday I installed everything on my desktop PC. It all seemed installed correctly but it will not recognize the radius. I did try running it as 'administrator'...

    I have windows 7. Thanks for that suggestion I will try that! So far total frustration--it just won't recognize the Radius--maybe this will do it.

    Thank you for your response. Yes I got the icon, connected the Radius and clicked the icon. That is when it told me to wait while the device data was retrieved. Never gave me any options to choose version 19.

    I send Murphy out for a bath because I can't do it well in the tub. But I have to have him completely brushed out and mat free. I haven't found a groomer in my town that doesn't want to immediately shave him down because they don't want to do the brushing :nah:.

    Anybody Using A Kabuki?

    I was thinking about this after I posted a reply to you in the other thread. Try using the wrench in the hole beside the airflow hole. If you can grip the glass and keep it from moving--the wrench might start it for you. It fits deeper in the other hole. Just a thought. @Ocelot
