    Does not come shipped with ss temp mode :( Update is not avaliable yet :( Using it out the box, set at 50w and 540°f it eats thru the battery. First experience with temp control mods so that may need tweaking for better results. Otherwise in temp mode, it seems to last as long as the mini volt...

    Temp control seams to kill the battery fast. It is my first temp controll mod so I may have to play with settings, but compared to a build that outputs similar results running in power mode, tc is overkill.

    Agreed I used to get them alot when I first started vaping, assumed it was due to quiting, but found it readily went away to more hydrated I found to keep myself. I still get them on odd morning durring the winters but go away with adequate hydration.

    Arived, and playing with it now. :) First tc mod so I cannot compare accuracy, but seems to be working well. Later tonight going to see if the ss wire tc update is avaliable. First impressions: little heftier compared to mini volt, and boxier, but I prefer the look/feel over the volt...

    I have a ghetto modded kayfun specifically for claptons ;) I'm glad I'm not the only one who has patience to attempt to trap the leads :) I went full potato and kinda ruined the base, it leaks very very very slowly directly out of the center pin. Last night used ptfe tape to see if it fixed...

    I have 2 orchids, both modded for better airflow/juiceflow. The one glued to the tesla is always at .6 with 28g kanthal. The other one is for playing and is currently at .4 with 26g Kayfun bellcap with kayfun 4 chamber on the orchid base.

    Multitude of possibilities. Snapped coil, for one. Unstable 510 connection due to poor solder job or weak threads. Loose coil connection. Or even the odd speck of dirt on the positive pin. Even spring loaded pins are "off" to a varying degree - I can take an istick and screw on/off the tank...

    The mini was the only mod to relentlessly :-x me off for a week straight. Had just got done recoiling/wicking all my tanks to find out that one tank/battery combo didn't work for the oddest reason.

    This is one reason I run mods in voltage mode strictly.... Had this issue for the last week with my mini volt, come to find out the tanks coil was snapped. - it read fine and worked fine on every mod except the mini volt (only runs In watts)

    Still waiting on mine :/ From the looks of it, the SS kit is to be sold in the 70-90$ range and the SS battery alone (if found) for 40-50$ The zinc alloy versions in other colors should be priced lower.
