    Wow...

    I use whatever I can to spin it or whip it back and forth to let the G-forces push the liquid down...even just holding it in my fingers on the top and using my hand to whip it back and forth in a half-circle. It can hurt your wrist sometimes, but it gets the job done in a pinch if nothing else...
