2.5-3ml ml butterscotch and 8 drops concentrated coffee flavoring per 10 ml bottle. The coffee flavoring I used is more concentrated than the usual flavoring we see in stores. 8 drops is enough for a 10 ml bottle mix of PG/VG for a coffee flavored juice.
It's sculpted from epoxy then painted. A little background on sculpting helps.

You're done with a very simple mod.
Edit: forgot to add that I cut a piece of foam that fills up half the cavity to support the battery.
