Magma battery goes fubar on day 1 No reply from cs!
Well that sucks. The wife had a charger for her Inferno burn up and they responded and had a return envelope on the way (unit still under warranty). This was yesterday. The ticket system and telephone worked for her. Not much more to say about that.- JonnyVapΣ
