I don't refrigerate and haven't had any problems. I have bottles going on 3 months that haven't gone 'bad'. I dunno....there's plenty of opinion on refrigeration but since I have a 3 year old obsessed with the fridge I keep my stuff locked up and haven't bothered to try.
Smok Tech 5 ohm 510 Cartomizer might get you into the mellow range with decent vapor. I have a pack but haven't broken into them yet. Just got em late last week.
