go-gousa.com is offering some go-go battery to kr808d carto adapters. They say "subject to testing" so I guess he wants to make sure they work before selling any. I like the 808 clearomizers and the 808 seems a "warmer" vapor than the go-go cartos, so I might try it out when they are available...
Thanks for the replies. I was wondering about the overall life span of a go-go battery, not the usage time. Like in, can I expect a battery to still work six months from now not how long can I use one before needing a recharge. I've found that just alternating them daily gives me plenty of day...
If you already like the Volt kr808, look at an I-GO. uses the same kr808 system with all the advantages of the ego. or a go-go with kr808 adapter.
of course I have three different systems myself :( :)
One of my batteries has developed the rattle, meaning the tiny dot of glue holding the actual battery has come undone. so...
1. is it fixable?
2. should I bother fixing it?
3. Does the "pro" model battery have this problem?
3a. Does the "pro" model need the occasional lifting of the battery...
I've seen a couple referencers to local smoke shops carrying your juice. I'm in Mpls this year and if I could pick it up locally I'd be happy. I haver NO patience. :)
Where to buy it???
I got along fine for the first couple weeks with just the Volt starter kit. But one battery was dead in just about the time it took to charge the other. I used about a carto a day, maybe one and a half. 24mg juice. now i use 6-12 mg juice and vape all day.
A kr808 usb passthrough is a nice...
I like these, clear and easy cartos from cig-easy. they are a bit finicky, (leak sometimes and lose the caps, and can crack) but when they work they are nice. it is really nice to see how much juice is in the carto and they are very easy to fill and use.
CLEAR AND EASY TANKS
These are supposed...
the volt is a good system. I have a much bigger go-go system but still find myself using the volt when possible. but I tend to chain vape all day long and needed more battery and volume than a volt could provide. heh, I'd go through four batteries and cartos a day on the volt.
I actually like...
i like the volt too but i'm a bit of a vaping fiend. so when at home and in the car i use a kr808 usb passthrough instead of the volt batteries. got it from cig-easy. Seems to burn hotter and provide more vapor.
And I really like the clear cartomizers. The clear cartomizers do tend to crack...
When I started it was with a cigarette sized e-cig. It proved to be underpowered and lacking enough juice for serious chain-vaping. Even the Volt which is a nice cigarette sized unit doesn't charge fast enough for chain-vaping. Now I use a Go-Go and the battery and carto last longer than it...
Don't bother. Trying to save a few bucks on clearence cartos isn't worth it. I got 2 dozen KR808D-1 that don't work on my batteries and 2 dozen working cartos that taste nasty. They were cheap but it definetly pays to buy good juice.
good advice so far.
I've found that sometimes I'm chain vaping not because I'm have a nic fit but just because it's something to do with my mouth and hands. If that's the case I don't inhale. Just take a couple puffs into my mouth. My throat feels better and I'm satisfied.
