    Yes, we have the same model. I removed the battery and compared the draw to the second atomizer that came with the kit. Hard draw atomizer --- holes just under the threads appear to be completely blocked by something white. Less hard draw atomizer --- holes are half blocked...

    Hard draw question

    If you soak it in water MAKE SURE it's dry before you hook it up to the battery otherwise you'll kill the battery. Even if it seems dry enough it probably isn't. Best to stand it up and wait 24 hours, or so.

    Make sure the battery and atomizer are making contact. I can't seem to find it now, but I read that you can "pull" the center of the battery forward if it's too deep to make contact. ... I'll keep looking for that.

    I don't know about the 402 but the 401, which I returned, was like sucking a Wendy's frosty thru a straw. I really like the 901 and have ordered a pen style and JOYE306A. Do get extra batteries and atomizers! You don't want to find yourself running back to analogs is your parts stop working.

    Where are the juices made? And, is it the same juice that comes in the cartridge/atomizer?
