    And that's the very best advice to avoid burnt carto's. Personally I rotate between 8 carto's and refill them every few days whether they need it or not. I don't use the pass through..only batteries. Very seldom I end up with a burnt carto but it does happen and it's very telling.

    He vetoed the bill on account of the pending litigation in front of Judge Leon. It was never a question about them being legal or illegal. The FDA wants to regulate them as a drug delivery device. Fortunatelly Judge Leon so far has disagreed with the FDA.

    It's from the flashlight being in use. The batteries maintain their capacity surprisingly well and they are a few years old. As far as measuring the vampire current draw...I knew that would be a good question..lol. Hmmmm..I have never heard of carbon protected cells.

    Exactly...I rotate between at least 8 cartos a day and top them off every few days whether they need it or not. It's really surprising how much longer cartos will last by keeping them topped off.
