    No...I have fully drained my battery to the point it doesn't blink when I put it in the charger. It will still charge correctly. I will take it out of the charger after 10 minutes, then put it back in and it will then blink. About the USB charger....it will work with any USB port on any computer...

    That is really not what the rating means..:) It means it will be capable of sustaining 380ma's for 1 hour, and we would need to know the full specifications. For example what was the load used to come up with this rating...it could have been as low as .1C or as high as 1C.
