Bought a TFV4 awhile ago and have to say I been enjoying the heck out of it. I had one one when they came out and didn't care for it. The newer coils really brought me around but I won't buy any just enjoyed using the one it came with.
Its been a great tank for work cause I can get my nic on...
Honestly TC is for old school stuff. I haven't had a dry hit in FOREVER. To dry hit a L+ you'd have to be well into double digits.
I got the 22ga at .29 in the L+ now.
This is a serious build. I had triple parallels in it at .3 and it worked well.
But she's a whole nutter kettle of fish...
Being able to handle the higher wattages I've noticed is a case by case thing. Gotta keep that air moving for things get hot.
Rixstas setups would choke me out like a school girl.
My setups choke others out.
My wife hits things long and gentle. At a 100w's things get to hot with that style...
I prolly won't get them in until tomorrow.
Its on a 250w mod so I guess as fast as I want. The TFV8 must has quite a mass of wire and its full steam ahead in about .0000001 of a second.
I don't know that tank I just assumed it was single coil. Pretty sure its a low airflow whick in my opinion begs for thin wire. Though I did have a 22ga vertical in a Kayfun 4 once that vaped nice.
I may try that 22ga build for the limitless. 22ga is tough for me to roll. Leather gloves...
From what SE shows me about that build itsnot something I would ever like. Wow that looks hot.
I generally use a dual 9 wrap in almost everything. At about 50w its a nice cool vape.
Just as a cowinkiedink if I change the settings of a 24ga dualy at .4 over to a 28ga dual paralell .4 build...
I have 26 and 24 in the 316 and it's easy to work with.
The 430 doesn't work in TC with anything I have.
The 316 sorta works but it's not that great.
For TC and me nothing beats nickel. And with today's bigger decks it's easy. A year ago it was tough.
I've been on a parallel binge lately just cause I had everything mastered and was bored so changed everything up to keep it green.
Parallels seem to offer some advantage with mechs. Got some on a mech squonker and its working really well. Still hate squonking but its a good build.
Tripe...
I have a Mini Volt and its certianly small and works great but battery life is pretty short at 30W. Between my wife and I I bet it ain't been used in months.
The Pico is my smallest (not lightest) mod and I love it. It lives with a matching Petri V2 and the standard 18650 lasts...
25mm makes a big appearance difference on the VT75.
25mm Gemini in route.
22mm is so old school.
I've used a Nautilus X. Not my thing (at all!!!) but the taste was certianly ahead of the Kabuki/Nautilus. Pbusardo did a test at a party here and and guests were 50/50 between the X and the...
I have a mod or two. Might be three even. Or maybe I need to add zeros.
But my two VT40's are both used every day and I can't imagine life without them. They are simply the best mods I have ever had. The black one has had a horrible life as my work mod and shop mod and all around beater. I...
Someone above said the DNA's are smoother.
I agree.
For 1 million cash I can't tell the differance between Eleaf, Wismec, Provari and a dozen other mods.
But hand me a Yihi or Evolve and I can tell right away.
Thats in wattage mode. They are both so far ahead of the others there is no...
I hoard.
Its just what I do.
I was raised by people who came through the Depression and taught me to buy it when ya can and ride it out when you can't.
An example of how I roll. In NY it takes 60 days to close on a house and I'm 30 days in. Never had a dishwasher before in my life but new...
