    Stormiefury, You can thin juices that are too thick with distilled water. Just add a few drops and test, until you get a good consistency.

    Batting would be the filler in the cart that soaks up the juice, sorry :) And you can clean cartos, I usually get about 3 weeks out of mine before cleaning, just add drops when the flavor or vapor gets low, but at less than $2 a pop, ??

    There is a difference in how you fill it. The cart, or cartridge is separate from the atty, so you are more or less just filling up a tube with batting in it. A carto has the atty inside of it, with filler around that. So no, you would not be able to drip on the atty in a carto, but you can...

    Welcome crash. If you like to make your own beer, your gonna love DIY your juices. Look into it a bit before you do, but I enjoy it and it's a lot cheaper than buying pre-made, and you can create just about any flavor you can imagine, even beer. (I haven't...yet :))
